and/or reception. We will also help find hotel rooms for overnight guests. We understand that dealing with numerous hotels and additional planners can be overwhelming and time consuming.
With our experience we are positive we can find you the PERfect location for your day.

VENDOR SELECTION- We will find the PERfect vendor that is
available based on your criteria. Our services include providing
a budget breakdown and guiding you through any necessary paperwork vendors include. Examples: Caterer, Florist,
Photographer, Music, etc. We will also guide you through the
contracts for each of your vendors.

REHEARSAL AND WEDDING ONLY- For the couple who has
planned the wedding but needs assistance on the Rehearsal
and Wedding day. We will contact your vendors a week prior to
ensure that everything is scheduled correctly. We work closely
with the catering manager to oversee that everything is set up according to schedule.

PERFECT DAY PACKAGE- Our full service package will exceed
your expectations; we will customize the wedding from start to
finish based on your individual needs. We provide you with
numerous options of sites, vendors and any additional ideas
that are needed for your wedding day. We will be at every
meeting with every vendor to ensure you get the best price
and the best service.
